Demeter is the Goddess of many things including: Agriculture(ancient)/Business(modern), Earth, health, and even life and death through the sacred law. Hekatos is the main business, and from that business other sub-businesses, franchises, and brands are birthed.
As Æther, Apollōn represents soul or the breath of life. Have you ever met someone new and felt like you knew them forever? That's your soul interacting with each other. When soul interacts with spirit, it reveals ancient secrets and powers that humans think only exists in fiction, but those who knows how to communicate with the soul knows how supernatural it can be.
